Know Net 2 Desk Reference Assessments

Know Net 2 Desk References focus on providing instruction in modular format. 

Soon assessments will be available directly from the Know Net 2 Desk References which will enable testing for knowledge transfer at Bloom's levels below the application level:

• Knowledge
• Comprehension

These assessments are provided to the Know Net 2 Desk References by FedEducation™ .  

FedEducation™ Assessments include:

• Pre-tests
• Practice Tests
• Final Tests

Links will be provided to the appropriate FedEducation™ assessment to make it easy for students to purchase the assessment they need right from each desk reference topic.

Know Net 2 Courses and Assessments also focus on providing instruction in modular format.

Know Net 2 Certificate Programs

Know Net 2 Certificate Programs are of two types:

• Functional Certificates
• Series Certificates.

Functional Certificates are very oriented to a specific job and include courses and assessments.  Examples include:

• Property Custodial Officer/Asset Center Representative Basics (link pending)
• Property Accountable Officer/Accountable Property Officer Basics (link pending)

Series Certificates focus on a body of knowledge and include courses and assessments. Examples include:

• Federal Fleet Management Series
• Federal Materiel Management Series
• Federal Personal Property Management Series
• Federal Transportation Management Series
• Federal Logistics Project Management

Assessments include:

• Pre-Tests - taken before the course to identify areas where the student is proficient as well as areas where the student is not
• Practice Tests - taken during the course to solidify learning
• Final Tests - taken to establish the level of knowledge and/or skill and to document the educational accomplishment.
